So I wanted to get braces for about 6 month before I do my BiMax surgery but the FUCKING bluepilled cucks orthos in here grilled the fuck out of me to not get the surgery.
My ortho got my surgeon email and told him that I don't need widening of the maxilla nor the BiMAX
LIKE WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK YOU BOOMER SMALL DICKED FUCKING BLUEPILLED PIECE OF JACK SHIT RETARD!!!!!!

Trying to ruin everything I'm FUCKING WORKING FOR!

My bite is not fucking even and I have a gummy smile and I bite my FUCKING tongue while Chewing and it doesn't happen one time it happens most of the fucking time because my jaw and bite are not even so it's all over the fucking place and I can't even chew right for God sake!

So guys please what can go wrong if I do the TriMax/BiMax first?
Keeping in mind that the day before the surgery they will put braces on me

I'm sick of going to these bluepilled boomer cucks and trying to explain my shit to them!

fuck, story of my life... I mean nothing bad can happen. I'm in the same case as you. I got a way to narrow maxilla and my ortho put my an expander for one year and my maxilla got wider and also I have 1 class occlusion which is the best and now the only thing to do is the surgery itself.
Same here, my ortho told me I don't need a bimax but when I went to Defrancq he clearly stated I need a bimax and I totally agree with him. I can see my fucking jaw is recessed. I fucking hate these orthodontists man, I hate them with passion.
First, you need to fix your occlusion then surgery.

Bro my blood was boiling when my surgeon showed me a snapshot of their emails!
What do you think we should do man?

I'm sick of going to these ortho jews and trying to explain the same shit over and over again and guess what?!
Whenever I contact an ortho by email or number they tell me that I should come for a "check up first" which means pay us 50$ to spit some bullshit on you for 20 mins and go home!!!

GOD DAMN THEM I SO WANNA GO ER ON THEM!!!!!

In my case I just stopped going to my ortho, he called me and obviously I ghosted him, I had enough with that guy.

Logical step would be to get a bimax, the money is tight on my side but I will try to get this... And I would also need the braces after the surgery which means I have to stay with my braces till and after the surgery... fun, eh?

Join the team brother I'm on a tight budget too!
So you wanna go with surgery first protocol bro?

What exactly you mean by protocol?
That's the things which Defrancq told me... like he would need braces before and after the surgery so he can use bands(elastics) after he is done with surgery, it's very important for teeth to not moving and other shits.

I could remove my braces tomorrow If I want, but what's the point? If I chose to make surgery I would AGAIN need to pay for braces, fuck that.

You know there is the classic protocol:
ortho treatment => Surgery => ortho treatment
and there is:
Surgery First => Ortho treatment

Oh.. well, I think in my case at least it would be
1. Ortho treatment
2. Surgery
3. Ortho treatment(here only wearing braces for max 1 year and then im done with everything)

@Barbarossa_ what can go wrong if you go surgery first, like at the worst case scenario having bite problems? cant that be fixed eventually with ortho ?

You know what...
Do you recommend that I go to any ortho jew and throw at him 1000 bucks to get braces and "make my teeth straight" bro?
and not mention anything about the surgery?

Yeah, if you could do that it would be smoother for your surgery.
Think about it, when you have bimax it moves your jaws, forward or backwards, depending on the case.
If the surgeon will move your jaws and jaws are good then if your teeth are fucked up and not align it will ruin everything, makes sense?
When the teeth are aligned(occlusion I) then the surgery it's simple and straight forward, the surgeon will work only with the jaws.

This made sense too kek
And I just got an email from my surgeon saying that it's not too risky and he does surgery first almost every day!
But of course I don't trust anyone thats gonna take huge chunk of my money tbh

Let your surgeon work and forget about outside orthodontists... and forum users too, I should say 😅

Surgery first approach is not suitable for every patient but it’s good for many. I’m convinced that your surgeon is planning the best for you.

i have class 1 and a deep bite so are you sure surgery first approach won’t hurt me in the long run?

No, I’m not sure. I’m assuming that you have been evaluated by an in-house orthodontist at your surgeons practice.

The thing is that, I’m my opinion, a surgery first approach must be mainly indicated by the orthodontist that will have to do the treatment afterwards.

It’s a team’s works. This means we surgeons can’t do whatever we want hoping that postop orthodontics will fix things. But, in fact, this team’s work starts at the diagnosis .

Deep bites can have pronounced curves of Spee. That’s not good for a surgery first approach. But, as I said, it’s the orthodontist call.

Makes sense thank you
One last question...
Do you think taking steroids (HGH and testosterone) 10 days after surgery would help the bones to fuse and heal faster?

No worries!

I have no idea. But I don’t think they will make any difference

No, don't do that. Pre surgery braces (if you need it) needs to be done in close cooperation between the surgeon and ortho. They often aim to do quite the opposite of what an orthodontic treatment without surgery in mind would do.
