Andro states that it works...i have tried it myself and it worked but more on my left zygo than my right but not so much on my chin...maybe if i do it more often i guess,but be aware,dont do it extremely hard use medium force and do it longer rather than extremely hard and shorter duration...thats what andro states in his bonesmashing guide
