What can i actually do to improve (hardmaxx or softmaxx wtv)

Well, im 16yo i live in Brazil and im 5'11 or 6ft (pretty sure im 6ft now)

I want to you guys tell me what should i improve, like some guys said that my problem is my maxilla, my skin and my lips, im actually taking meds for acne and its getting better, so its not a problem rn, but i would want to know what i would do abt the other 2 problems, like, would a MSE expander save me? and would lips filler be a good idea or it should look gay asf (all bros said ts), if possible can u guys tell me how yall rate me it would be class.

They are just retards and should ropemax. For example i was born with basically no eyebrows. And after i used it for a couple of months my eyebrows became darker and thicker. Just buy a cheap eyelash serum if you arent rich and apply it everyday. And if you dont have naturally curly eyelashes curl them with an eyelash curler. And coat your eyelashes with vaseline before you curl them to make then shine and make the curl stay longer
