What can I add in my daily routine?

I'm 15yo - 57kg - 173cm
sleep on my back
sleep for 7+ hours
4l of water
10k+ steps
Vegetable capsule of L agrinine
Gym for 1 hour/Athletics for 1.5 hour
Eat vegetables ( especially carrots)
Drink milk with honey
-
I eat 3 times a day morning (8am ) - lunch (4pm ) - dinner (8pm ) (as I know it s better to eat less often but more food than less food but more often)
At morning I use guasha and roller for my face
For chewing muscles I chew towel ( I only chew it cause towel pulling is dangerous)

About 2/3 times a week I bonesmash my eyebrow area, chin area, jawline area ( I m careful so it s safe , I don't smash too hard and I don't smash unsafe areas)

As I know dairy products have potassium
Honey I use as replacement for sugar , it s tastier and healthier
