Morning: scrambled eggs (4), cottage cheese, ham/smoked salmon, small greek yogurt. Sometimes high protein pudding as dessert or a couple of bananas
Lunch: chicken breast/steak/salmon + vegetables or potatoes. If I eat chicken breast I eat it with feta cheese so I don’t throw up
Evening: mozzarella, greek yogurt and protein shake after gym
What can I add?
