Hop on finasteride/dutasteride right now to stop any further miniaturization. If this doesn't stem your hairloss add a strong topical anti androgen like RU to your routine. In regards to regrowth try dermapen along with minox, copper peptides, and retin-a.

idk man, i did research about hair transplants and fin, and it seems like none of them are viable options. although HT seems good, you'd have to re-do the surgery every once in a while, because the transplanted hairs will likely not go away, but you will still keep balding, and it would look retarded to have hair in the front but not in the back, so you'd have to get HT everytime you start balding again
and fin is dangerous as shit, i would never ever consider touching it after seeing some of the results people had
