Found a big mirror today and realised that my frame is incel tier :feelsrope:

What can I do about it? Are there any framemaxxing guides?

Make your back muscles and lats as big as possible to make it seem like your hips are less wide.

Working on it, but how will that improve my frame? I don't have fat at my hips, it's almost enitrely bone I feel there. My legs are big because of fat but they also have a lot more muscle than the rest of my body, every day is leg day when you're morbidly obese tbh tbh.

Train your lats to add additional width to your frame, pull-ups are ideal for this.
Damn, I can barely do 3. Need to start taking training seriously again. It felt amazing going from not even being able to do negative pushups to being able to do my first pull up.

You can progress quickly if you work consistently and stay disciplined throughout. A year ago I had never done a single pull up in my entire life whereas nowadays, I can do 22 reps straight.

I'll do this for 1 year and get lean. When I have moneymaxxed enough to afford gym I'll go 1 year in that too. If my frame is still shit after that I'll roidmaxx tbh.

You look "skinny fat" because you have no muscle mass. You hips are wide like mine but your shoulders are average I think. So gymmcelling can help you. If you lose fat your waist and hips get smaller until you reach the bone. While also growing sholders and everything else to make you look wider. Aim for that v taper.

You must lower your bf asap.Also looks like you have APT but i am not sure.Fix your posture(height gain,better abs,more masculine look)

Did my hips get fucked from being morbidly obese since like age 5. Heard fat produces estrogen.

Yeh I added this ignorant comment before scrolling down more. Still his shoulders are narrow compared to hips but its fixable with gymcelling. His chest insertions and rib flare would affect aesthetics tho but any improvement is better

-Clavicle lengthening osteotomy
-Breathing exercises/pullovers for ribcage expansion
-Liposuction
-Roiding
Damn most of that expensive as fuck. Thanks for the list tho. Might do some breathing exercises.

Start gymcelling, and as said above ^^^ a lot of pullups and upper back work, but the most important will be doing side delt work with high volume.
