I’ve been having a problem with my sclera—it looks a little gray and reddish. I wouldn’t exactly call it gray, but it’s the total opposite of bright and always looks irritated, like I haven’t slept or have been smoking crack.
I do sleep 8–9 hours, eat clean food, and don’t spend too much time on screens. I really need to quit jerking off, though, because that’s definitely one of the causes. As for eye-whitening drops, I’m not going to use them since they don’t solve the root problem and can come with side effects.
I also don’t feel the need to supplement anything because I eat well, with plenty of fruit and meat (which provide antioxidants and omega-3s). I even drink carrot juice for vitamin A, so I don’t know what else to do. Is there a supplement or peptide that actually works and is guaranteed to help? I need a solution.
