the dry lips are mild and not bad at all bro. my sister did a course years and years ago and her lip sebum production restored after a couple months of finishing her course, acne never came back. some people have tried everything
If nothing works or if the acne is really bad, sure hop on accutane. For mild acne (e.g. my pfp) it's not necessary and not really worth the side effects. Many people get dry skin for the rest of their lives, meaning they'll always be dependent on moisturiser and lip balm. Not a bad trade off for clearing terrible acne, but a shitty trade off for clearing 2 pimples.
i think its a personal choice bro. i had mild acne and tried everything and it really did affect me day to day, it would put me in a horrible mood whenever i had new breakouts, and it was painful. im already showing improvement.
