your nose is completely ok and doesnt need shit , and your morphed version doesnt add much and no surgeon will accept to the same nose shape you ask for , unless you have ogre nose , noses doenst matter much

He doesnt need genio, Would end up looking like a moonman. His problem is that he has a downgrown face, Probably a maxiliary surgery could fix that, But those kind of surgeries are brutal.
