trying to get a proper sleep schedule, i dont struggle with going to sleep or waking up at the right times but for years now ive had the issue that i cant sleep without waking up every 1.5 to 2 hours.
so ill basically go to sleep around 11 pm then wake up at 1 then wake up at 4 again and so on and so forth. i imagine this isnt very good for testosterone production, since i see it as my body constantly being interrupted? or does that not matter because im still in a "resting state" when i wake up?
either way, does anyone know what to do about this or is there a name for this kind of phenomenon or anything? thanks
