What can I do in 3 months to ascend as much as humanly possible?

I don’t care how much time it takes or how hard it is but I wanna get as much done as I can in 3 months before school

Depends on your flaws. Better haircut, contact lenses, tanning, creatine + working out

16 and I already do skincare, tanning, I will get a haircut, work out and I have blue eyes so no need for contact lenses

And I might have a problem with bloating but some people say it’s cope, some say it’s real and people talk about a lot of different ways to fix it so what do you guys think?
 
Test and tren cycle, tats, tan, hair cut, fashion,

grow ur eyebrows and eyelashes and dye them dark brown or black
get good clothes

make a microbiome test and see if you are gluten intolerant or sth else, mght need to change ur diet

Lean maxx, eyebrows dye, hair dye, haircut, no carb diet closer to an event

10 week steroid cycle; Obvious. Lowering BF%, increasing muscle mass.

Fillers; they take ~4 weeks to settle so ideally wait another month or two before getting them

Tattoos; Halo if you're still in school for the low inhib


And then of course all the softmaxxes, beta-carotene, start now with a huge dose and you'll have a healthy glow.
Dye your eyebrows black, or the next appropriate colour.
Skincare
etc.

Now should you do the first 3 mentioned? Probably not. Is it the biggest ascension you can get in 3 months? Definitely.

It’s illegal to get fillers here if your under 18 for some reason. Or it’s made by the law but it has been a big thing and no one wants to do it anymore unless I find shitty people to do it on Instagram. For roids it’s also one of the strictest countries but I will try the rest

Try low carbs for 2 weeks. The difference for me eating 100g~ per day of carbs vs 200g is huge. The difference carbs make on my facial appearance has basically made me commit to a permanent 100g +/- 25g of carb diet.

This is an example from some guys blog I stumbled upon:

You can clearly see eating the average amount of daily carbs of around 300g makes him look 3-4% bodyfat higher and makes his face more bloated versus 100g per day. I believe he kept his calories and activity levels the same and just increased the carb intake.

You're not going to get good advice on this thread because nobody knows what the hell you look like.
