To answer your question: no, your cheekbones won’t be more projected. A lefort 1 doesn’t go that high. If you want better cheekbones, consider adding implants into your plan

And your plan sounds good, I just wouldn’t risk messing with your eyes. Your canthal tilt looks neutral anyway. You might even end up deciding not to get some of those implants; I just added them because they’re a nice-to-have, but some may not be necessary.
