Why r y'all suggesting rhino? His nose isn't even bad it's a typical black ppl treat anyway, his nose to mouth width looks fine and if he really wants to get a smaller nose alar reduction is way better than rhino cuz cheaper+less invasive and it's for wide noses unlike rhino
