I'm not posting my face because I am still a high inhib gigapussy but,

I want to know how I can get rid of aged/saggy skin caused by my lack of bone mass/stress.

Here's an example of my current skin sort of.
I have nasolabial folds, the folds next to my mouth, the lines under my eyes present in the 2nd photo, and generally older skin. I get told I look older very often.

I would love to know what I would need to do to fix it and maybe some reasons for it in different areas.

Love, Braindeadautist

Keep eating carbs, sugars, and grains. Avoid all protein and animal fat.

face lift makes more sense.

Collagen is cope i've heard from some threads on here:feelswhy:

implants is my last ditch effort and I would be going with giant.implants for a 20 piece lefort 4

Im trying to tan right now so fuck spf I'm using beef tallow to fry my shit.

I will search for them.:hnghn:
And use it spf it's no joke , nothing cause your skin to age more than not using SPF , and in order to make tretinoin work you gotta combine them both , the tan you will develop from sun is ugly asf and not healthy , I am still trying to remove it

If you are trying to remove it and want to do so with other permanent benefits then check out this comprehensive thread I made, covering over 30 articles!

It's honestly probably the most in depth summary of multiple articles on .org.

What are some top foods to eat daily?
trotters, skin, joints, organ meats, bone stew, eggs(duck eggs have a lot more nutritional value than regular chicken eggs), cottage cheese, oily fish like herring, sardines, carp, skate, seaweed, cabbage/fermented cabbage, peas, kale, bell peppers, and mineral stew
