What can I do to fix lower thirds(serious answers only)

How can I fix my lower thirds? I'm asian(20) and am looking for ways to improve my lower thirds hard or soft. I've already done rhino to decrease nose width and am hopping on accutane today. I know my lower third is really bad so I really want to know what are some ways that you guys see that I can fix. Please serious answers only on what I can do, I've been doing research but wasn't sure which one specifically applies to me. And the last photo was me in highschool when I was lower bf %. Also, nothing unrealistically expensive such as lefort.
