What can i do to improve FWHR + EYE AREA

5'8 at 16, My eye area and FWHR are my biggest insecurities, due to overbite i have to let my lower teeth open 24/7 so it doesn't go all the way behind my upper teeth, also my eyes are closer set together than the ideal, How can i actually improve FWHR and what can i do to my eye area to improve it
