What can I do to improve my eye area more

This is my eye area

This is Vito Basso's eye area.

What can I do to my eye area to look like his.
Ik I need thicker eyebrows, dye them, I'll get hazel green contacts and I'm thickening root of my eyelashes.
Any advices ? I have slight recessed infras but I'm frauding them with councelar.

grow some lashes nearer to your medial canthus over your inner sclera triangles they are a bit sparser there. dont do it all along your cathus as it can irritate your eyes

How can I do that ?

I also realized that my eyelashes are not thick as they should be so it gives more "feminine" eyelash look other than masculine. I'm tryna make them thicker with castor oil but idk how effective it'll be.

I use topical minox %5 to my eyebrows but should I start %2 to my eyelashes ? Idk how effective it is.
