Rate? And what can I do to improve I’d like to think I’m htn but I wanna ascend out of even getting mtn accusations. I’ve been trying to lose weight and I’ve lost 40lbs so far I’m aiming for like 12-15% bf I’ll leave a physique photo so you can have an accurate percentage guess. But other than losing weight I’m not sure on what I can do
