What can I do to Improve my maxilla. My growth plates are still open for now and I’m willing to take peptides If they would help In any way however I would much rather not have to do that but If needs be I will, preferably a natural way to get more forward growth of the maxilla?

its essentially just mewing but harder, so lay ur entire tongue on ur palette and press harder than normal mewing but its harder to hold for long periods
