WHAT CAN I DO TO IMPROVE !

Hey there, 17 y old male here, i have very assymetrical face for my whole life. i think the main cause is because i have shit dental development.

: Assymetrical palate
: narrow palate ( 5 tooth smile)
: Crowded teeth
: overbite
: Jaw recession
: one eye negative pct other neutral.
: receding chin
: assymetrical lips
: wide nose bridge thats too wide for my narrow face
: no cheekbones
: big ass ears :


strong points :

good hairline
decent eyebrows


I get braces and elastics next month
also i get an palate expander hoping it will give me some bone to my lopsided face.

maybe alarplasty but not going to risk it because want to know results after mse to check if it harmonizes my face better.

what about the cheekbones and lips, btw i think my lips will improve with the braces next month

I see, doesn't look that bad tho, you should visit orthodontist/maxillofacial surgeon still, it might be mouth protrusion as well and weaker jaw

your smile is bad your side profile is okayish. Get marpe, it will push the cheekbones out slightly although you may need an alarplasty after
