No one is getting Bimax here. I’ve actually had a consult with dr gunsen and he said I’m not a great candidate for lefort 2.
I’ve also consulted with taban who told me that I have a mild strabismus.
I’m on retin-a at .05%. Sucks that I’m gonna have to be pale af and avoid sun.

I’m super lean as is. If anything I think I should bulk because my leanness adds to the “drug” look.

Agreed, some people look a tad better at medium bodyfat levels... but do something about your chin like a genioplasty in the future.

Your maxilla seems to be recessed so your options are lefort surgery or if not then hard mewing which will take years to see results considering you look over the age of 25 meaning your bones probably already fused
