What can i do to keep ascending? (softmax only)

Anyone know what to focus on? I’m going to do a derma treatment to get rid of my acne scaring. Also thinking about getting lighter hair/ blonde highlights. Currently on 12.5mg of mk 5 days on 2 days off cycle for 12 weeks (week 4 rn). This is my current ascension:
