What can i do to max my potential before surgeries?

Im extremely recessed, i have a 9mm overbite and im 17 and give or take 4-5 months. Im begining to think of injecting and im not even sure thatd save me but for now all i can do is to try and improve

What surgeries are you planning on getting. Also you can pin Reta whilst doing a cardio intensive activity. You can do running or do jujitsu as it’s very efficient for fat loss overall in combination with reta
