I got too much caffeine in my body and I need to sleepif I want to keep a healthy sleep schedule

what can I do to reduce the cortisol ?

I definitely don't feel sleepy at all, just stressed , it always happens when I consume too much caffeine

Off the top of my head: water and entertaining videos.

Water will counteract the effects of caffeine and entertaining videos will make you feel comfortable, which reduces stress.

that sounds like a good advice

The strongest way to nuke cortisol is unironically opiates

Opiate addicts even start developing adrenal insufficiency which means that your adrenal glands are completly unable to produce cortisol or any other stress hormones

During the 6 months I was on buprenorphine I was the happiest, most low inhibition, zero stress I ever been

If you really serious wanna go all in for nuking cortisol then opiates will do the trick, and will do it damn good . Just make sure you can afford a daily habit and don't get caught by police, because it's addictive and the fines if you get caught by police are expensive

On a opiate addiction you can litteraly have 0 ng/dl cortisol levels if you use daily and the opiate you choose is potent enough. Buprenorphine AKA subutex works well for this because of its long 20 hour half life.

There is one side effect though, opiate reduce your Testosterone levels aswell. But that can easily be dealt with by taking exogenous Testosterone/injecting Testosterone. In that case your Testosterone levels will still stay high and be completely unaffected by opiate use

Breathing exercise. 4 (sec Inhale) 7(hold breath) 8(exhale). Repeat for 5min or so. should work well for you, just google it (type in 4 7 8 breathing) and use a breathing app or youtube video or just count.

Edit: also never consume coffeein 12 hours before sleep.

You don't need go to that far as to choose heroin

Buprenorphine will do the trick too, is much cheaper habit than heroin, lasts much longer, longer half life, much easier to sustain a habit. A habit costs like 150 $ a month if you use daily

Even mild opioids like Codeine or Tramadol will significantly reduce cortisol but stronger opiates like Buprenorphine will NUKE cortisol

I don't expect anything of someone who needs to put his username at the end of every post
