What can i do to sleep better?

Is there a diet i can start using to improve sleep quality and length?

I can't give you any advice since I've woken up one or more times during almost every sleep since age 16 and struggle like hell to fall back asleep. Sometimes I can't and days get turned miserable from lack of sleep, and even taking benzos or getting drunk doesn't always work either. I'm in my 20s now so this has been a long time problem for me

Deadass bro. All people do is just make fun of me its hell. But I can live through it easy cuz I dont get butthurt that easy
 
best thing that i did just working out and eating like 3+ eggs before sleeping like at 6 pm and 9 i sleep or 10 i sleep is amazing. Also, just work alot academically and you get tired naturally and stay outside in the sun alot.

Not that far from when you should legally be able to get a driver's permit. Once you're old enough get one and a license as soon as you can because being able to drive is freeing and fun

Man ninth grade is best year to work on yourself fr I wish I didn't think about what people cared about me and just worked on my goals. If you want advice the best thing I can say is just focus on yourself dude everyone in highschool are lowkey losers with no direction in life and will bring you down. Best thing that made me happy was being alone and focusing on myself.

1mg of melatonin and don't drink too much water before going to sleep
Melatonin makes you fall asleep faster, thus increasing overall sleep length, and not getting up to piss prevents most sleep disturbances, anecdotally I feel much better if I haven't had to fall asleep again

If you want advice the best thing I can say is just focus on yourself dude everyone in highschool are lowkey losers with no direction in life and will bring you down.
You sound like my older brother ngl in a good way. I can see right through these people who laugh at me and they dont have anything going for them lol.

No but the weird dreams you get from benzos sometimes are. I've had some twisted dreams on the days I took them

Not in my experience, but I haven't had any nightmares at all for a few years, been taking melatonin most nights since last august and had no issues

Doesn't matter if I don't drink anything for hours before bed. Just have extremely fucked sleep
Maybe it's mental at that point? I still struggle to sleep sometimes if I'm feeling anxious about the coming day for whatever reason

Some of it can be mental because I have rough life circumstances in general but a lot of it is definitely physical too

Yeah man, only thing that matter is staying true to yourself and your ambitions in highschool. I literally forgot everything social from ninth grade all the social moments meant jack crap to me because they all are fake in the end tbh. I was happiest alone. And, dw if they treat you like a weirdo and a social outcast because they're just limited :)
