What can I do to stop blackout at the gym

I have a really complicated routine, so I dont have time to eat anything good before the gym. Almost every day I have really bad pressure drops and it makes me not perform my workouts properly.
I tried to drink more water while doing my workouts but it didn’t worked and made me nauseous.
 
You need to see a doctor. Or you're a complete idiot that can't even manage to eat a banana or rice cakes before going to the gym. "Complicated routine"... don't tell me you can't spare a minute of your day to eat simple source of carb.

Banana and rice cakes don’t work for me nigga, I already talked with a doctor and he told me to eat complete meals with protein and complex carbs. But to my body absorb it I have to wait 30 or 60min before I go to the gym, but Im at school at this time so I cant eat while studying.

For Pete's sake find something that works for you then, experiment. White bread sandwich with peanut butter and jam, cream of rice, sweet potato mash + whey... It's not rocket science here.
