The effect on bones might be somewhat small. Depending on age you are going to have a bigger effect during early teens to mid but late not so much. If you have higher AR sensitivity you will experience more growth. Growth depending on dose and duration might be 1-5 mm. GH and IGF-1 are better stimulators for bone growth. Facial hair growth yes. But effect on dih size not so much.

have fun with acne, no growth to your bones, and unless your still in like tanner stage 2 or around 12-14 it isnt going to impact your dick. unless your a late bloomer like me, maybe 15-16 it'll help but your not gonna have a horse bro

Dick size is still effected by DHT in tanner stage 5, all be it slightly. my friend is 16 and he's still in tanner stage 4 tho.
