Dont listen to your ex bro, you look better than most people and are already tall as shit, just focus on eating healthy, going to the gym, getting enough sun light etc and youll be good. And also grooming, skincare etc.

And i also heavily advise you to get off this site like right now. Like i said you already have a good base and just focus on the things i told u, but please get off this site trust me you dont need to hardmax, take test or other shit and this site will always make u fell ugly/insecure so just stay off of it its better for you. Most people on this site are not people you would want to come into connect in general anyways so dont stay on this site.
