im 14, ive had a crazy ascension to be honest compared on how i looked before, and to be honest i dont know what to improve on and without my glasses i have a long ass midface. I have been going to the gym for about 3 weeks i workout 5 times a week, im 6'4 (193 cm) and 147 pounds (67 KG) and im currently bulking ive gained 2 kgs and have been eating 5 times a day, i take omega-3 after dinner and i take B complex in the morning and before eating dinner. My sleep isnt that good to be honest. What do i improve?

Contacts instead of glasses my friend used to be so ugly but when he made the switch it was life changing

For your age good looking, perhaps cover your forehead with your hair and cut a bit off the top because your head looks kinda tall through your haircut
 
youre 14 rn and already 6'4 dial in on nutrition and youll grow even more ig. make your eye brows thicker , get contacts , grow your hair out, frame max and youll be goood.
