Some kind of jaw surgery or implants maybe, I've never heard of facial downgrowth being fixable

thats not my issue tho, i lack some chin projection, maybe with puberty will be fixed or with peds, if not i will never reach max potential

Then why did you ask me what surgery it would take to fix down growth

PEDs aren't going to magically grow your chin forward you need a sliding genio if that's your issue

i asked for him? if i really had that it would be so noticeable i wouldnt even look avg, i know they wont but maybe a few mm will be gain with puberty optimisation
