getting to 10% could help slightly, although not as much as any of the things I suggested

most easy fraud you could do is getting an eyebrow pencil and filling in the middle of the goatee, one of your biggest flaws is the small upper lip and the lack of hair only makes it more obvious, otherwise you could try applying topical minox but that’s more of a longterm solution
