What can I get realistically from 5-7.5 IU (brokecel)
 
good skin, good hair, better sleep, maybe less fat and more muscles, but probably negligible height

better sleep, better muscle gain, better skin/hair, better energy, can overeat without drawbacks, some frame and minor height gains (if openplate cel)

i noticed increased height growth, and bone (browridge grew a lot) but less other effects such as good skin, hair and sleep

every bone will increase but i also started chewing 10 hours with 8 falim gums on incisors so that probably played a significant part

how much did you grow and you sure you wouldnt have grown that amount without the gh?

.4 inches or so in a month and yes i am 100% sure i grew .2 prior months with mk677 and .1 a month without anything

also 100% not a measurment error i measure obsessively and every time i got from .35 to .5 increase

i use 5iu lmao and adult male produces like .05 iu in his own
most ppl use 5iu
7.5 iu is ideal
10iu if you are really desperate
but again this is alibaba so it is underdosed

carpal tunnel no, join aches yes but could be from aromasin, smooth shiny skin but acne did not decrease, hair growth is increased i guess

noticeable brow ridge growth
idk if any cheekbone growth
some wrist growth
obv .5 inch taller

Potentially quicker death (but slightly higher quality of life). IGF-1 knockout animals have reduced lifespans. If you have fused growth plates, you will get ZERO height gains. GH is not anabolic to muscle tissue. It is anabolic to connective tissue.

I hope it does but penis size is mostly androgenic which is my there isnt a significant difference in it even in people with hgh deficiency
