I use vyvanse and I've found the more stimulation I chase while on it, the worse the crash is. If you just focus on work the whole time, and not stimyapping to people or going down rabbit holes, the crash is easily tolerable.

yeah, I typically just use Adderall xr 30 nearly every day I have school, mainly to lock in on school, and towards the end of the day I’ll do a bit of my own research on a bunch a pharmaceuticals just for fun. just when I stop during weekend sometimes crash can be bad but the last one really wasn’t that bad, just because I used it on studying and work
