nice neck work. I don't see anything you can softmaxx but maybe the nose could be more angular and something with the lower third? I really like the eyes. Also, the phone camera pfp rapes u with lens distortion.

You do wrestling/football or you just incorporate neck training?

Your nose is fine but maybe try face yoga or something?
