What can remedy this horrible skin?

I been trying to fix it with BHA, hyaluronic acid, vitamin c serums, micellar water etc which helped with the acne but it just stays this disgusting ass texture...

It looks fine in the mirror but I can't tell if that's just lighting or my iPhone 14 plus making the flaws even more highlighted...
