What cause the iris to be slightly tilted upward for this look?

It's like the eye sockets are mismatched with the skin.

nothing to do with the iris, just poor undereye support (no bones/no fat pats) which ends up showing the scalera (white part of the eye), there is surgery to fix it and give better proportions, but as far as i know there is no surgery that gives u ''dead eyes'', correct me if im wrong yall

look at his pupils then compare them with this picture:

By looking at the pupils we can see eyes are fixed at the center while in the previous one the upper eyelids cover half the pupil.

Lorenzo has his head tilted downwards, Vitto is looking straight/slightly up, try both angles urself

look at his side, his infraorbitals are recessed
