Well video you linked probably explains it. In first clip of "new jeremy" he talks about "sugar addiction" JFL while walking around shirtless. Typical presence and talking points of modern day new-age hippies. 99% chance of what happened is he got sucked into one of these new-age cultist shit and now adopted all the retarded idiocy that comes with that.

Look at other dudes like this, that are into new-age, "spirituality", "magic", "natural diets", ancient aliens or whatever the fuck etc they all look the same: ultra shitty, hanging, sunburnt skin, weakened body, hair that are visibly non-washed.

They all adopt similar beliefs and do shit that ruins their looks: use shitty vegan diet, believe shit like sun-gazing etc or at least sunbathing for hours without SFP, use awful, disgusting quack remedies like enemas with NaOH or washing skin with aged urine (YES JFL IT'S TRUE GOOGLE IT - IMAGINE HOW THEY SMELL).
Also despite being nuts about supposed "health" "nature" "harmony" they often do drugs, binge drink or chain smoke. Which further ruins them.
