What exactly is the cause? Is it purely genetic? An imbalance in muscle tone? It is common for autistic people to have asymmetrical upper midface, especially the eyes. Is it possible that pelvic tilt and tongue posture influences it, or are they born that way? In pictures I noticed that I was subhuman and had asymmetry from as young as 2-3.

Makes sense. So it's genetics? Brutal tbh.

If you want good-looking kids, don't mate with someone who has a similar phenotype to you unless you want autism manchildren as kids!

It would have to be genetic if you had it at 2-3.
