Already went through 3 months if accutane, got telogen effluvium because of it. It cured my oily skin but the oil is starting to return

Your androgen receptors (particulary in skin) are shit. Testosterone only makes it worse by creating additional sebum in your folicles

I have oily skin, mainly the scalp tbh. It's insanely how oily it is. Even tried no shampoo for 1-2months. Didn't work JFL. Still oily as fuck.

Isn't it high DHT and high T that make your skin extremely oily?
