- bad genetics (bad frame, bad looks, low prenatal T, short height)
- isolation at a young age (no friends or few friends, no development of social skills)
- bullying (fucks up your brain at a young age)
- helicopter parents (they give you no space and constantly harp on you, which naturally makes you more scared)
- abuse (sexual or physical abuse)
- low T (more feminine behaviour)
- cultural pressure (being expected to do things in a certain why. Any deviation from this path leads to punishment, which makes you scared to do anything not following the “norm”)
- bad experiences and mental trauma ( for example, being rejected by girls from a young age results in you being more high inhib around women).
