What causes my nasolabial folds and undereye bags?

Is it possible to say judgding by this video?
Im 24 and i think i dont have appeal to young Girls anymore(never had tbh).

The combo is: nasolabial folds, balding, early Grey hair, undereye bags, short, double chin, recessed, nct and a lot more!

I wonder how i got a GF last year and lost virginity at 23. It felt good, having a gf, intimacy, sex and spending days at a girls house.

At the same time i have all these unfixable failos without sirgery, i wonder how the hell i still hooked up with a few girls in my Life and had sex.

early Grey hair and hair loss can easily be fixed by dying hair and using hair loss products such as minox, fin and RU.

The rest can more or less be treated by surgery or fillers .

BUT if you have gotten a girlfriend and lost your virginity that means that at least some women find you attractive doesnt matter what you think of yourself you are at least not completely unattractive and can pull some girls if you want to

id say you are low mtn with some pretty boy appeal you look somewhat high trust thats why some girls find you attractive.
Nonetheless you look recessed and lack volume/depth especially in the mid face area if you want to do surgery go for it.

But if you further softmaxx (work on your body, bf% and skin) if think you can look decent and attractive enough for the purpose of easily getting a girlfriend. You are not that ugly. You will never be chadlite or even HTN without getting some work done but that doesnt mean its over.

Thank you for the Feedback bro. Im working on losing BF, but i have the side profile of a mouth breather and i am not a mouth breather. Do you think lowering BF a little plus improving posture will improve side profile? Im saving some money to get surgery in the near future, orthognatic.

Yeah will improve a little bit but not that much. Side profile is obviously more determined by bone structure.
But I also think the side profile isn't as important as people make it out to be. At the end of day the front profile is more important and yours isn't that bad looking.
If you wanna get surgery then definitely do a lot of research and consult a good surgeon that not entirely focused/specialized in functional surgery
