What causes my subhuman eye area and possible surgical interventions?

ill eyelashmaxx with minox, ok but that wont change much

In the future, what surgeries can I do for this? I thought of giant's custom implants featuring supraorbitals , browridge + inframalar.

Do i need decompression?

Don't put minoxidil on your lashes or eyes. Just on your eyebrows. For your lashes, use castor oil mixed with rosemary oil. Maybe look up Latisse, however I don't know about the side-effects on orbital fat. Also dye both your eyelashes and eyebrows black.
As for surgeries, do NOT do orbital decompression, it's dangerous and not ideal.

You’re stuck with nct for life, not even cantho can help if it’s still negative when you’re pushing the lower eyelid up

That's why I said used minoxidil on your eyebrows and Latisse on lashes.
Castor oil and rosemary oil is still good, of course not the same as the ones mentioned above, but good nonetheless.

I don’t know about your question. But I do know implants aren’t gonna improve your pfl, the only way to do that is with box osteotomy
