What causes one singular pimple

Got one big spot on my cheek literally haven’t had acne in months any cause for this not normal recently

Diet. Mainly added sugars causing inflammation in your body. Inflamed body = pimples. Either that or a clogged pore from not being on top of your facial hygiene.

I'd put my money on the second one since you only have that one pimple.

Ye haven’t had added sugar and shit since about last March and since then my acne more or less cleared. Funny enough Saturday night I had some chocolate not much but some which is literally extremely rare idk if it’s a result of that or not but just shows my body can’t handle it lol

This is what I’m saying I used to have horrible skin completely gave up added sugar really strictly then had like one kitkwt bar Saturday night cos I was drunk and then first pimple I’ve had in months. Could also be alcohol and lack of sleep idk but interesting to think bout
