But I‘m pretty sure it‘s because of my cranial misalignment, narrow airway, sleep apnea and my lower jaw being trapped behind my upper jaw despite having had orthodontic treatments in my early teens.

A few specialists and physiotherapists all told me it has primarily to do with my narrow airway, jaw misalignment and bad posture.
Even some jaw surgeons.
Already had 3 sleep studies.
But these problems all are connected to one another.
