What causes snoring?

I have just recently started snoring and I am 16
Idk what to do

I think I snore through my nose and not my mouth

Also how much is it normal to snore cus I think I do it max 30 min a night

Weak airways/mouth breathing look into this sooner rather then later or you will have sleep apnea by 30

Mouth taping... If your airway is small enough then surgery

The thing is, my palate is average or above and I think I snore through my nose

It might have something to do with mewing cus it started after I began mewing
