its from prominent infra rims that are not high enough ?

Low collagen or lack of fat under the skin, (this can be reduced by good eyecream)
Lack of undereye support (infra-orbital rim implants or undereye fillers)

Btw, if your prominent infra rims are not high enough then you also do not have sufficient undereye support so you and @crosshold are indeed both right.

Wierd, my friend has shit undereye support, no tear through.
I have positive orbital vector, but I have tear through-albit without discoloration too much.
What are we talking here
Look at people eyes, best the nose bridge. It's like thoes 2 lines going down in an arch.
