What causes the diagonal lines behind zygo?

Is this a result of good maxillar growth? What is that form?

theyre called hollow cheeks, it shows good cheekbones/jaw/both
its from your gonials and zygos acting as tent poles and pushing your skin out to basically create a dip

I have this but only on one side. My maxilla is good but my lower jaw and chin are recessed.

Tbh I have never seen this feature in real life. A friend has it in pics but he does not have it in real. It is lightning based to an extent

Yeah, but what is pushing the skin at the sides of the mouth? Is it a muscle? Just cheek bones and mandible?

It's the protruding zygomatic bone and well developed jaw creating a concavity

Also Low BF% as well

It does but chewmaxxing puts you at the risk of developing temporomandibular joint disorder.
