What causes the disparity between bars and clubs

At bars, I can see short, fat, balding/bald, narrow framed etc all types of men with a generic Becky drinking and having fun, hugging and kissing or making out and overall vibing

In clubs, it’s only HTN+ tall guys who get work done. What gives
