What causes this downwards curve in the jaw from the side?

So as you can see in Jordan’s side profile, his mandible curves downwards from the side view, mine also does this. What causes this slight downwards swoop of the mandible? And is it a big flaw?

i think it’s from a tall chin or atleast relatively tall cause my chin to philtrum is 2.2 even tho i have a kinda small lower third

Yeah tall chin and low gonial angle, the mandible is forced to grown downwards to connect to the chin, so it’s actually good downwards growth bc it means u have a tall chin and low angle

Ahh I get what u mean, it could be genetic, but there is a chance he got surgerie at his ramus and chin, so that it just looks like that his mandible is curved even tho it isn't.
Not totally sure tho
